Description

The City is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional petroleum-related services for the evaluation, optimization, design, and development of specifications for fuel storage tanks and fueling infrastructure at two City facilities: Saskatoon Light and Power (SLP) and Vic Rempel Yards (VRY). The scope also includes Fuel Management System consulting and design services, as well as development of tank optimization and replacement recommendations for other City fueling locations. The purpose is to develop compliant, constructible, and operationally sound designs that meet the City's operational, technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements to support future procurement, construction, and installation activities.
