Description

The City of Wheaton is seeking proposals from qualified material testing firms to perform HMA and PCC materials testing for Motor Fuel Tax and locally funded projects. Firms must have a minimum of five years of testing experience and be qualified by the Illinois Department of Transportation to perform field and laboratory analysis.
