Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, turnkey after-school and summer enrichment program for Pre-K–8th grade students across multiple campuses. - Government Buyer: - Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) - Procurement Department, Senior Buyer: Candace Schmitke - Scope of Services: - Complete program delivery including personnel, administration, curriculum, enrichment activities, supplies, equipment, supervision, registration/enrollment, and communication - Enrichment activities must cover academics, fine arts, recreation, character development, and community service - Vendors must provide detailed staffing plans, student-to-staff ratios by age group, contingency staffing, and support for students with disabilities - Performance monitoring and reporting required - Business Model Requirements: - Program must be self-sustaining and revenue-generating - No direct program service fee paid by LISD - Vendors must propose a revenue-sharing structure, minimum guaranteed payments, student participation/enrollment fees, and detailed financial assumptions - Implementation: - Scalable across multiple campuses - Daily operations approximately 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on school days - Contract Details: - Initial term from November 2026 to July 2028 - Three possible two-year renewals (up to July 2034) - LISD may award to multiple or single vendors - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all qualified vendors are encouraged to respond.

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive, turnkey after-school enrichment program for students in grades Pre-K through 8th grade. The successful proposer will provide all personnel, program administration, curriculum, enrichment activities, supplies, equipment, supervision, registration/enrollment processes, communication, and other resources necessary to operate a high-quality after-school program. The program must be self-sustaining with a revenue-sharing model, requiring no direct program service fee paid by LISD. The contract term is from November 2026 to July 2028, with three possible two-year renewals.
