The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking a qualified service provider to design, develop, and support the implementation of a Transportation Peer Support Program. The program will equip selected TTC employees with the knowledge and skills to provide peer-based support to colleagues who have experienced challenging or distressing workplace incidents. Services include program framework development, training design and delivery support, coaching, and the creation of program materials tailored to TTC's operational environment.
