Rockland County's Sheriff Department is seeking qualified firms to provide IT consulting services for both specific projects and ongoing support. - Government Buyer: - County of Rockland Sheriff Department - Services may also extend to other authorized law enforcement agencies within the county - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Computer Networking Consulting Services - Includes support for networking projects, software installation, security, maintenance, software updating, and upgrading - IT Programmer Consulting Services - Includes support for software and IT equipment projects, as well as ongoing maintenance and upgrades - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Proposers must submit technical and cost proposals, performance documentation, disclosures, and certifications - Insurance requirements include valid NYS Workers' Compensation, NYS Disability Certificates, or attestation of exemption, and a certificate of liability - Compliance with County Appendix B Terms & Conditions and submission of mandatory forms is required - Contract may be awarded to a single contractor for each task or multiple tasks to one firm based on specialty skillsets

This request for proposal seeks qualified firms to provide Computer Networking and IT Programmer Consulting Services for the County of Rockland – Sheriff Department. The services will cover specific projects detailed in the solicitation and on an as-needed basis for the Sheriff Department and other authorized County of Rockland Law Enforcement agencies. The contract may be awarded to a single contractor for each task or multiple tasks may be awarded to one firm depending on the required specialty skillsets.
