This solicitation is for the modernization of Alberta's Regulated Industrial Property assessment models, including rates, assessment year modifiers, and depreciation factors. The modernization aims to reflect current construction processes, representative configurations, current technology, and current costs for various regulated industrial properties such as wells, pipelines, electric power, telecommunication, railway, and machinery and equipment property. The contract duration is approximately 26 months, starting from October 31, 2026.
