Description

NLC is seeking proposals for the design, supply, configuration, development, implementation, integration, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of a modern Licensing and Compliance Management Solution. Proponents may propose a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution, a configurable commercial platform, a custom-developed solution, or a hybrid approach, provided the proposed solution satisfies the requirements contained within this RFP. The contract duration is estimated at 60 months. The procurement is competitive and open, adhering to Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
