DESCRIPTION

The Central Iowa VA Health Care System, Des Moines, IA has a need for seven (7) Sit to Stand Patient Lifts w/Scale, Charger Assembly, and Medium Harness (Brand Name or Equal) for patient care throughout the facility. This Statement of Need (SON) defines the requirements for Patient Lifts. Having the proper product functions is vital to veteran patient care. The ability to adequately treat disabled veterans is a pivotal part of the VA s mission. The Contractor shall provide and deliver the Patient Lifts in accordance with the period of performance and place of delivery within the contract. Scope includes assembly, delivery (to include off-load), testing to verify operability, and training of the product.
