Description
The USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center has a requirement for the dredging of Pond 3 and one chlorine contact tank (concrete basin). The specific dredging includes, but not limited to the following:- Dredge entire pond to remove settlements, remove settlements from chlorine tank (leaf debris mostly).- Work will take place in the following county in West Virginia: Jefferson- Period of Performance is 60 days after notice to proceed is issued.- Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140G0126Q0241 will close September 04, 2026, at 10:00 am mountain time.- A site visit will be held on August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. For site visit information please refer to FAR Clauses 52.236-27 Alt 1.
