Description

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract.

The Contractor shall perform all maintenance required by the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) to return the KC-46 Smoke Barrier to a serviceable condition, and any deviations from the CMM must be approved through the 107 process outlined in section C.2.0 of this SOW. In order to ensure all materials are Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliant, McConnell shall provide all required materials for repair and will transport Smoke Barriers requiring repair to and from the repair facility, with repair to be verified on site by McConnell Quality Assurance (QA) member or a QA designated representative. The Contractor must be a certified FAA Part 145 Repair Station. Provide quotes in accordance with the attached Solicitation and Statement of Work.
