The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is seeking elevator preventive maintenance and repair services for the Jicarilla Service Unit in Dulce, New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service, Albuquerque Area Office, Division of Contracts & Grants Management - OEMs and Vendors: - ThyssenKrupp (manufacturer of the elevators) - Products/Services Requested: - Monthly preventive maintenance for two ThyssenKrupp elevators (ER4772 and ER7741) - 12 maintenance visits per elevator per year - Includes inspection, lubrication, adjustments, testing, documentation, and compliance activities - Repair services for both elevators - Annual not-to-exceed amount of $3,000 for repairs (base year and each of four option years) - Includes call-outs, labor, and parts - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act, with cascading set-aside to other small businesses if needed - Compliance with ASME, NFPA, OSHA codes, and healthcare facility safety protocols - Performance must begin within 10 days of award - Option years contingent on satisfactory performance and funding

This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows:
