This opportunity is for the creation and installation of a new exhibit at the US Navy Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) in Port Hueneme, CA. - Government Buyer: - US Navy, Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE), Port Hueneme, CA - Scope of Work: - Architectural interior modifications, including removal and repair of existing wall-mounted exhibits, demolition of wing walls, floor and ceiling repairs, electrical outlet relocation, and installation of new architectural components - Printing and installation of graphic murals (14 wall murals, 4–50 feet in length), 22 glass panel graphics, and a dimensional Seabee seal - Installation of special wall treatments (Brand X, Model Y acoustic wall paneling, color 'Charcoal Gray', 12' x 8' area) - Setup of digital components, including: - Installation of two government-furnished 55–60 inch commercial display monitors - One 32-inch touch screen building digital directory (with software, server integration, and staff training) - One 60-inch touch screen video panel (with menu selection for 5 contractor-created programs) - Products/Services Requested: - Wall murals, glass panel graphics, Seabee seal, closet door with soffit, special wall panel, acoustic wall paneling, digital directories, and video panels - Unique Requirements: - All work must comply with the Statement of Work and technical exhibits - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and installation services - Acoustic wall paneling must be Brand X, Model Y, color 'Charcoal Gray' (matte finish) - Digital components require software, server integration, and staff training - Work to be performed during normal government hours - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated, but Brand X, Model Y is specified for acoustic wall paneling - The contract is Firm Fixed Price and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541410

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0088 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-26-Q-0088 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 published in the Federal Register on March 13, 2026. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541510 Interior Design Services with a size standard of $9 (millions of dollars).

All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the US Navy Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) Exhibit Project in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, quoters are hereby directed to submit question(s) no later than COB on 27 August 2026. QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.
