Repair of Transport Truck, BIA, Western Navajo Agency, BOTNOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment for emergency repairs for a transport truck for Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Tuba City, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
