Peterson Space Force Base is seeking certified group exercise instructors to deliver a variety of aerobic and cycling classes at its Fitness & Sports Center. - Government Buyer: - United States Space Force, 21st Force Support Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base Fitness Center - Department of the Air Force, Peterson Space Force Base Fitness & Sports Center - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; instructors must be certified and provide services directly - Products/Services Requested: - Group exercise instruction services for aerobics and cycling classes - Minimum 15 classes per week, Monday through Saturday (excluding federal holidays and pass days) - Class types include: Yoga, Dance Fitness, Pilates, Low/Intermediate/High Intensity Interval Training, Sports Conditioning, Endurance/Interval/Strength/Spin/Tone/Power/Other Cycling - Instructors must maintain certifications and adhere to strict scheduling and conduct standards - Government provides equipment: spin bikes (10), yoga mats (20), weights, steps/risers, music sound systems (2) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) structure allows flexible ordering by government card users - 100% small business set aside - Firm fixed price contract - One-year base period with four one-year options and a six-month extension - Instructors must supply music, ensure safety, and meet certification requirements

Description

This requirement is for group aerobic and spin classes at the Peterson SFB Fitness Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supervision for no less than 15 classes per week in a calender year. 

The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which allows the customer flexibility that a fixed contract does not. Contractors should note that this is only an Agreement to provide the requested services and does not obligate the Government to any extent. A BPA allows authorized Government Purchase Card (GPC) users to call and make a request when there is a need for services outlined in the BPA.  Additional information regarding use of the BPA will be provided to the contractor upon award.
