NAVFACSYSCOM FAR EAST is seeking a contractor for comprehensive facility maintenance and operation services at CFA Yokosuka, Japan. - Government buyer: - NAVFACSYSCOM FAR EAST (Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East) - Contracting office: Building F, 60 Tomari Cho, Kanagawa, Japan - Scope of services: - Maintenance, repair, and operation of: - Incinerator plant - Weight scales - Potable water tanks - Wastewater treatment plants (including operation) - Granular activated carbon (GAC) filtering systems - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other necessary items as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Submission of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) required with offers (per FAR Clause 52.223-3) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable: Single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for facility systems support

Description

Due to issues with the communication between Solicitation Module and SAM.gov, Notice 2 will be posted in Solicitation Module. As this is not an Amendment, acknowledgement is NOT required with your proposal package. RFI responses are informational only. Only changes made via writing in an Amendment are incorporated into the solicitation. Please contact primary POC at amanda.jo.civ@us.navy.mil for revised PWS to be sent via DODSAFE. Amendment 0001 and Notice 2 will be posted in SAM.gov after the issue is resolved. The due date for the proposal package remains unchanged.This requirement is to provide for a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Service Contract for Maintenance and Repair for Incinerator Plant, Weight Scales, Potable Water Tanks, Wastewater Treatment Plants to Include Operation, and Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filtering System at Commander Fleet Activities (CFA) Yokosuka, Japan. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
