NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, on behalf of the U.S. Navy Medicine Professional Development Center and Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) San Antonio, is seeking professional video production services for a NAMRU Marketing Video. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy Medicine Professional Development Center (Bethesda, MD) - Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) San Antonio, under Naval Medical Leader and Professional Development Command Medical-Visual Information Directorate (NMLPDC M-VID) - Services Requested: - Production of a 3-5 minute marketing video highlighting NAMRU's mission and impact - Pre-production planning and scripting, including contract activation meeting, scriptwriting, and field production breakdown - Field production filming with a 4-person camera crew for 4 full days at Ft. Sam Houston, TX and Joint Base Elmendorf, AK - Crew includes director, camera operator, audio operator/grip, electrician/grip, and additional equipment (dolly) - Post-production editing: logging footage, rough-cut and on-line edits, final closed-captioned masters, and electronic delivery of all footage and edits - Deliverables: - Video treatments, scripts, raw footage, and final closed-captioned videos - Unique Requirements: - Minimum 8 days for key crew members including travel - Minimum 88 hours for non-linear editing - Video targets Naval Leadership and Navy Warfighters - All technical requirements and deliverables detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - No physical products or equipment with part numbers or quantities are specified; focus is on creative and technical video production services
