Description
New York State is seeking proposals for the development of a statewide Next Generation 911 (NG911) system, transitioning from legacy E911 systems to a standards-based Emergency Services Internet Protocol Network (ESInet) supporting Next Generation Core Services (NGCS). The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for the System of Services (design, deployment, and operation of the ESInet and NGCS), and Lot 2 for Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) to assess and enforce compliance with contract requirements. Bidders may submit proposals for one or both lots, but only one lot will be awarded per bidder.
