The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Services (DOCCS) is seeking bids for on-line Partial Discharge Testing of its medium voltage primary cables, terminations, splices, and connected equipment using Doble Online PD Testing System at Bare Hill Correctional Facility. The contract term is one year, and the work will be performed at Bare Hill Correctional Facility, with bids submitted to the Franklin Correctional Facility Business Office.
