This solicitation is for Construction Management Services in Upstate New York under a term contract. The Construction Manager (CM) will advise the NYS Office of General Services Design and Construction (OGS D&C) during the design phase and collaborate during the construction phase to ensure timely project completion. The contract term is three years with two one-year optional renewals, covering various projects across multiple counties in Upstate New York.
