This opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide interior facility repairs at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana, managed by the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command and the 434th Mission Support Group Civil Engineering. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force Reserve Command, 434th Mission Support Group Civil Engineering (434 MSG CE), Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; products must meet industry standards and environmental certifications - Products and Services Requested: - Interior facility repairs including painting, wall repair, carpet and tile removal/installation, baseboard and threshold installation, and corner guard installation - Carpet and carpet tile must have minimum 40% recycled content and indoor air quality certification - Paints and coatings must be lead/asbestos free, conform to MPI Approved Products List, and have indoor air quality certification - Environmental compliance services: backflow device inspection, stormwater permit management, hazardous material/waste management, pesticide application, air quality permitting, wetland delineation, asbestos and lead-based paint management, solid waste/recycling, and fill material sampling - Quantities and Part Numbers: - Multiple line items for painting (up to 3,627 linear feet), wall repair (up to 500 sq ft), carpet installation (up to 3,000 sq ft), baseboard installation (up to 1,256 linear feet), corner guard installation (up to 210 units), and other related tasks - No specific part numbers; quantities detailed per task and location - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including detailed reporting and permitting - Minimum 60% construction waste diversion rate - Adherence to Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations - Mandatory quality control plans, safety, and security protocols - Work not permitted from November 15 to April 15 or below 45°F - All carpeting and coatings must meet recycled content and indoor air quality standards - Small business set-aside under NAICS 238390 - Performance periods are 90 days per task order, with base and option years - Funds are not currently available; award pending funding

Description

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for interior facility repairs at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. The scope of work primarily encompasses painting, flooring replacement, and general interior finishing and repairs across multiple installation facilities. The resulting contract will include a base period and five (4) exercisable option years.
