Description

Spalding County is seeking a well-qualified law firm to serve as County Zoning Attorney for the Spalding County Board of Commissioners. The County Zoning Attorney will represent the county in all legal matters related to zoning, land use, planning, and zoning appeals. The attorney will provide legal advice, counsel, and representation, including monitoring litigation covered by ACCG's Risk Management program and providing additional services as directed by the Board. Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. on September 15, 2026, and sealed responses must be delivered to the County Manager's office in Griffin, Georgia. After review, top-ranked firms may be invited for an interview.
