Description
Spalding County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified law firm or attorney to provide legal services related to employment law and discrimination matters. The services include advising on Fair Labor Standards Act, Affordable Care Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, OSHA, Equal Pay Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and related employment issues. The attorney will represent the County in legal matters, prepare legal opinions, review personnel policies, and appear before courts and administrative agencies. Responses are due by September 15, 2026, and must be submitted sealed to the County Manager.
