Turnkey Nitrogen Generation Systems and Installation for Fire Suppression at FE Warren AFB

The U.S. Air Force at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, is seeking a contractor to provide and install turnkey nitrogen generation systems for dry pipe fire suppression in five dormitory buildings. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron, FA4613 90 CONS PK - Point of contact: Kyle Harris - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contractor must supply nitrogen generation systems meeting technical requirements - Products/Services Requested: - Five nitrogen generation and maintenance panels for dry pipe fire suppression - Installation, calibration, and commissioning of systems - Safe disconnection and disposal of legacy air compressor equipment, including hazardous fluids - On-site operations and maintenance training (up to two hours) - Delivery of product data sheets, shop drawings, O&M manuals, "As-Built" schematics, and an Impairment Plan - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Nitrogen systems must maintain at least 98% nitrogen purity and comply with NFPA 13 and NFPA 70 standards - NICET certification and factory-trained installer proof required - All work must be completed within 45 calendar days from award - Compliance with EPA and environmental regulations for disposal - Wiring alarms to existing Fire Alarm Control Panel and pneumatic leakage/trip testing - Training and documentation deliverables for facility personnel

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This is a combined synopsis for the Purchase and Install of Nitrogen Systems at Multiple Facilities at FE Warren AFB, WY.

Site Visit is on Thuersday, 27 Aug 2026 at 9:00 am, VCC Gate 1.  Submit names of attendees to the POCs listed here no later than 11:00 am MT, 26 Aug 2026. 

Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email only to the POCs no later than 3:00 pm MT, 28 Aug 2026. 

Quotations no later than 11:00 am MT, 8 Sep 2026, via email only.
