Description

The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking bids from qualified contractors to supply twelve new mini-split heat pumps and twelve Building Automation System interfaces. The equipment must replace existing R-22 refrigerant air conditioning units with units using R32 or R454B refrigerant, meeting specified efficiency ratings and AHRI certification. The contractor is responsible for furnishing and delivering the equipment to the SCDJJ Warehouse in Columbia, SC, with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order. A comprehensive warranty covering parts and compressors for five and seven years respectively is required.
