Bidders must provide architect-stamped plans that meet Kershaw County Commercial Building requirements and furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the building at 2 Payne Pond Road in Westville, SC. Engineered plans are acceptable if sufficient information is provided for approval, permitting, and inspection by the Kershaw County Building Official.
