This transfer reflects an upstream change in ownership of the holding company of Energy Solutions. The licenses involved include Radioactive Materials License No. 39-35044-01, License Nos. DPR-43, DPR-73, Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation general license No. 40, and Export Licenses XW010 and XW018. The order was issued on August 12, 2026, and was effective upon issuance.
