The Region of Waterloo intends to redevelop the land located at 15 – 105 Mooregate Crescent in Kitchener, Ontario. Prior to redevelopment, the Region plans to demolish existing structures, remove all infrastructure, backfill and compact voids left by foundations, and regrade the site. Qualified General Contractors and/or Demolition Contractors & Sub-contractors are invited to submit pre-qualification information for the demolition work at this property.
