Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is issuing antidumping duty orders on silicon metal imported from Australia and Norway following affirmative final determinations by Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. The orders cover all forms and sizes of silicon metal containing at least 85.00 percent but less than 99.99 percent silicon and less than 4.00 percent iron by weight, excluding semiconductor grade silicon. Antidumping duties will be assessed on unliquidated entries of silicon metal from these countries entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after February 9, 2026. The orders are effective August 21, 2026.
