Description
This notice publishes the amended Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Sale of Alcoholic Beverages Ordinance, which supersedes the previous ordinance published on May 14, 2002. The ordinance regulates and controls the consumption, possession, production, and sale of alcoholic beverages within the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo's territorial jurisdiction. It establishes the authority of the Tribal Council to sell alcohol for on-premises consumption and to license others for on-premises or off-premises sales. The ordinance also creates the Tigua Tobacco and Alcohol Commission to enforce the regulations. The ordinance becomes effective on August 21, 2026.
