Description

This notice publishes the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma Liquor Control Code, which regulates and controls the possession, sale, manufacture, and distribution of alcohol in conformity with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The purpose of the code is to generate new Tribal revenues, strengthen Tribal government, support the economic viability of Tribal enterprises, and improve delivery of Tribal government services. The code applies to activities conducted within or upon Tribal lands and includes provisions for licensing, penalties, and taxation related to alcoholic beverages. The code becomes effective on August 21, 2026.
