Description
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the Faculty Loan Repayment Program (FLRP). The FLRP provides health professionals from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to receive repayment of qualifying educational loans in exchange for a minimum of 2 years of service as faculty at eligible health professions schools. The revised ICR includes new forms to ensure applicant eligibility and compliance, and updates terminology to better reflect vulnerable backgrounds. Public comments are sought on the burden estimate and other aspects of the ICR before submission to OMB.
