The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking annual subscription licenses and maintenance for a suite of Quest Software products to support its database administration and IT operations. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT), DOA/ASB - RES/DBA/UNIX - OEM Highlight: - Quest Software is the sole OEM for all requested products and services - Products Requested: - Oracle Toad Edge (PostgreSQL) – 5 licenses (PGO-TOD-TB) - Change Auditor for Windows File Servers – 12,000 licenses (QAF-NPO-TB) - Change Auditor for Active Directory – 25,000 licenses (QQA-NPO-TB) - Toad for Oracle Xpert Plus (Win & Mac) – 3 licenses (EAF-TOD-SUB) - Toad for Oracle DBA Plus (Win & Mac) – 16 licenses (DDL-TOD-SUB) - Toad for Oracle Dev Plus (Win & Mac) – 4 licenses (DAF-TOD-SUB) - Toad for Oracle Base (Win & Mac) – 1 license (RAF-TOD-SUB) - Toad for SQL Server Xpert Plus – 9 licenses (FPV-TOD-SUB) - TOAD Data Point Base Edition – 22 licenses (AAA-TOD-SUB) - TOAD Data Point Professional Edition – 2 licenses (NDS-TOD-SUB) - Stat ACM for PeopleSoft – 2 licenses (ACP-STA-TB) - Stat for PeopleSoft – 25 licenses (ADU-STA-TB) - Notable Requirements: - All licenses are annual subscriptions with maintenance/support - Quantities range from 1 to 25,000 per product - Strict security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements apply - Vendors must provide manufacturer letter of authorization, terms and conditions, warranty terms, and certifications - Multi-year contract: base year plus two option years - No other OEMs or brands are specified; Quest Software is required

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ CORHQ-26-Q-0244 for Quest subscription maintenance. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.  

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)
