Description
The City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Housing Authority are seeking proposals from qualified firms or organizations to provide comprehensive financial, real estate, land use, compliance monitoring, and advisory services related to housing and community and economic development activities. The selected consultants will serve in a full-service advisory capacity on an as-needed basis. Services include market and financial analysis of housing projects, subsidy layering and financial gap analysis, bond advisory services, inclusionary housing financial analysis, compliance monitoring, real estate and land use analysis, review of legal documents, and assistance with compliance and public meetings. The agreement term is initially three years with possible extensions up to five years.
