The City of McDonough is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified general contractors to establish a prequalified general contractor pool for residential housing rehabilitation projects within the City of McDonough, Georgia. The pool will support the City's Community & Economic Development Departments Housing Rehabilitation Program, including projects funded by ARPA and other eligible funding sources.
