Description

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking competitive proposals from qualified General Contractors to execute the Slide Tower Renovation Project at NRH2O Family Water Park. The project includes selective demolition of the existing wooden slide tower, stairs, and foundations, site preparation, excavation, and installation of structural concrete foundations. The contractor will supply and erect hot-dip galvanized structural steel framing, FRP stairs and decking, and guardrails, and integrate the Owner's existing water flumes and piping. All field work must comply with project specifications, including certified welding, thermal spray zinc metallizing, lightning protection, and site restoration.
