Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive lecture capture software solution to support in-person, hybrid, and online instruction. The solution should support automated and ad-hoc lecture capture, integrate with the institution's LMS, meet accessibility and compliance standards, scale across multiple classrooms, and provide reliable analytics and reporting. ISU currently supports approximately 250 rooms with lecture capture capability and is considering consolidating to one service. The anticipated go-live date for the selected platform is August 13, 2027, with implementation and training to occur six to nine months prior.
