The program includes a Train-the-Trainer model where the selected vendor will train 2-3 internal facilitators to deliver the learning virtually and in-person. The training aims to equip facilitators with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to successfully influence with impact using a multi-source, evidence-based model.
