Description

The Ministry is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an Online Reporting Platform to facilitate online self-reporting of in-scope non-emergency incidents by the public. The platform will be used by the Ministry and potentially other Province of Ontario Police Services. The vendor shall provide a comprehensive solution including implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing maintenance and support throughout the contract term. The solution must provide efficient and effective online reporting services for both internal and external users.
