This opportunity is for cadaveric medical training services at Fort Carson, Colorado, supporting active-duty soldiers' Individual Critical Tasks (ICT). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Carson (MICC-FC) - Evans Army Community Hospital - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; specimens must be sourced from accredited donor networks - Products/Services Requested: - Whole body cadaveric training specimens (fresh-frozen) - Up to 6 for base period, up to 12 for each option year - Sourced from accredited donor networks, delivered with temperature control - Specimen delivery services (includes lab setup, cleanup, bio-waste removal, temperature-controlled storage) - On-site training instruction (minimum 2 qualified instructors per session) - Surgical instrument rental - Class VIII medical supplies - Skin flap recovery for additional cricothyrotomy training - Field expedient perfusion setup for hemorrhage simulation - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each lab participant (100 per session base, 200 per session option years) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All services and materials must comply with OSHA, EPA, state, local, and Military Treatment Facility biological safety and medical waste handling regulations - Delivery via refrigerated transport - 90-day lead time for training event scheduling - Lab setup, cleanup, and compliant bio-waste disposal included - Training supports active-duty soldiers completing ICT - Contract includes one base period training session and up to two sessions per option year
