Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of refrigeration piping and cooling systems at the Denny Hall location. The project scope includes installation of a new steel enclosure over the existing mechanical yard, modification of the steel enclosure and addition of a new steel gate at the bike storage enclosure, removal and replacement of utilidor concrete covers for mechanical piping work, and minor cutting and patching of interior finishes after installation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. A pre-bid site meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026, and bids are due by 3:00 p.m. on September 21, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom.
