West Virginia University (WVU) is seeking a qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractor to provide all material, installation, tools, equipment, and labor to complete the modification and relocation of the fourth-floor Air Handler Unit (AHU) to the third-floor STEPS Lab of the Health Sciences Center (HSC) in Morgantown, West Virginia. The project includes substantial completion by November 30, 2026, and final completion by December 31, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2026. Bids must be submitted in PDF format by September 10, 2026.
