Description

The County of Siskiyou Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health Division, is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Specialty Mental Health Services for eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries residing in Siskiyou County. The services requested include Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) and Day Rehabilitation (DTR), with respondents able to submit proposals for either or both services. The County intends to award one or more contracts to respondents whose proposals are in the best interest of the County. Services may be provided within Siskiyou County or at an existing licensed facility outside the county, with requirements for transportation and coordination with Siskiyou County Behavioral Health.
