This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to prequalify plumbing contractors to perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential properties within the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District service area. The Pipe Check Program offers financial incentives to property owners to repair defective laterals and eliminate sources of clearwater infiltration and inflow on private property. Approved contractors will be listed on the District's Pipe Check Approved Contractor List and may be used for other District Private Property Infiltration and Inflow projects. Contractors approved will remain on the list for five years, provided they comply with program requirements.
