These include accounts receivable past due invoices, administrative citations, business license renewals, dog license renewals and fines, engineering inspections, false alarm fees, fire department citations and fees, parking citations, past due permit fees, past due rents, returned checks, tobacco retail license renewal fees, and unpaid sewer connection fees. The scope includes initiating collection procedures, reporting to credit bureaus, compliance with regulations, maintaining confidentiality, accepting payments, and providing monthly and annual reports.
