The Town of Arlington is requesting sealed proposals from nonprofit organizations to lease approximately 2,120 square feet of retail space located within the main level of the Fox Branch Library at 175 Massachusetts Avenue. The space is intended for operating a community resale shop. The initial lease term is three years starting around October 1, 2026, with the possibility of two one-year extensions at the Town's discretion.
