Description
This project involves furnishing all labor, supervision, replacement media, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to remove, transport, dispose of, and replace the existing granular activated carbon (GAC) media within twelve odor control units (ORUs). The work includes comprehensive inspection of each ORU and associated equipment, functional testing, preparation of inspection reports, startup of each ORU, and coordination with District Operations staff to safely sequence the work while maintaining continuous facility operations and regulatory compliance. The project requires a Class A General Contractors License and bids are accepted both electronically and on paper. A sealed hard copy of the bid guarantee must be submitted prior to the bid deadline.
