Description
The Township of Hanover is seeking experienced Historic Restoration General Contractors for the Exterior Repair and Restoration of the Tuttle House located at 341 NJ-10, Whippany, NJ. The work includes exterior carpentry repairs, masonry repairs, window and door restoration, siding and trim restoration, installation of new exterior lighting, and surface preparation and painting of the historic finish. All work must conform to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and is subject to review by the County of Morris, New Jersey Historic Trust, and/or the State Historic Preservation Office.
