Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified vendor to digitize records for the Public Defenders Office. - Government Buyer: - Catoosa County Board of Commissioners - Projects Administration Department - Scope of Work: - Pickup and secure transport of approximately 518 banker file boxes from three storage locations (two in Ringgold, GA, one in LaFayette, GA) - Duplex scanning of all documents at minimum 240 DPI, color for clarity, with OCR to create searchable PDFs - Formatting and indexing of scanned files - Upload of digitized files to the JCATS system - Micro-cut shredding of physical documents after approval - Removal of staples, bindings, and scanning folder annotations - Handling and reporting of unscannable media (CDs, DVDs, USBs, etc.) - Provision of summary report upon completion - Vendor Requirements: - Supply all equipment, vehicles, labor, and materials - Ensure secure, climate-controlled storage and handling - Warranty coverage until documents are uploaded and approved for shredding - Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws - Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to document security and quality standards - No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the solicitation - Bid and payment bonds required for proposals exceeding $100,000
