The solicitation requires a lump sum price to complete the tree removal as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and taxes. The project does not apply to Direct Pay Permit 1114.
