Description
The University of Maine System is soliciting proposals for on-call/as-needed interior facility services to support its Department of Facilities Management. The services include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet and tile installation, door installation and repair, window treatments, fire alarm services, locksmith, safe installation, security solutions, pipe bursting, custodial equipment repair, and sheet metal services. The contract term is five years with an option to renew for an additional five years. Each trade will be awarded individually, and the University encourages participation from diverse business enterprises.
